INTRODUCTION AND REGULATIONS ON CONTRACTING
This agreement comprises the General Terms and Conditions for Contracting the on-line sale services provided on this web site by SRSI SL; Hubert Fievet ; BP 154 la poste française ; Av meritxell, 9 1-5 ; AD 503 Andorra la Vella ;
ANDORRA, (our Company) register of commerce of Andorra 10067 S 114 137-142 to the purchaser of the service: the User.
The User declares that all of the details and information provided are correct, and that he understands and accepts all of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that are set out hereunder.
PERSONAL DETAILS OF THE USER
The personal data provided by the User are confidential and protected by virtue of which the regulations on the security of automated files containing personal data are approved as well as the other legal provisions that are applicable there to.
Users are informed that all such security levels regarding the protection of personal data as are required by law have been adopted, and that all the resources and technical means possible have been installed to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, non-authorised access and theft of any and all personal data provided. The User must, however, be aware that the security measures on internet are not impregnable.
Under no circumstance shall the personal data of the Users be employed for purposes other than those described hereunder. The Users are entitled to and may exercise the rights of access, cancellation, rectification and opposition to the handling, use and assignment of their data by notification to be sent to our Company at the electronic mail address displayed in the contact section of the webs, or by post to our Company, stating name and surname, the petition in question and an electronic mail address.
Under no circumstance shall the personal data collected on the Users be assigned without the express consent of the User.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The texts and graphic elements comprising this web page and disseminated there from as well as the presentation and placement thereof are the exclusive property of our Company. Therefore, they comprise works such as those that are protected by European Community law within the scope of intellectual property, and are also protected by the international conventions signed in this field.

SUBJECT MATTER
The subject matter of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS set out hereunder is to define the terms and conditions according to which our Company is to provide the service/s that the User accepts without reservations or limitations. These GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS may, where necessary, be complemented by special conditions. The acceptance and/or validation on the part of the User of an application form issued by our Company implies acceptance without reservation of the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS set out hereunder.
PROVISION OF THE SERVICE AND FORM OF PROVISION
The services accessible by the Users on the web page that are offered by our Company. are free of charge and the User will not be bound to pay any consideration for the said services. Nevertheless, the use of some of the services of the web page may only be accessed by subscription or registration on the part of the User.
The User may contract one or several of the services that are specified on the web page. This may be done at any time during the term of this agreement upon acceptance by the User of the terms and conditions set out thereunder. The provision of such services shall be governed in accordance with the TERMS AND CONDITIONS that are set out hereunder, and as the case may be, under the corresponding special conditions that are applicable to the services requiring the said conditions. The said provision is based on the contracting by the User of any of the services offered by our Company on the web page of the latter.
Booking and deposit
In order to confirm your booking, ParisCosy.com must receive the online prepayment. The required prepayment amount depends on: the selected apartment and the length of your stay. This amount is shown in the price calculation. Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is validated; you will then received the booking confirmation by email in the next 24 hours.
The remaining balance, along with the damage deposit, needs to be paid in cash upon arrival, unless otherwise stated. The damage deposit is refunded at your departure, after the owner has inspected the accommodation.
Cancellation or change
Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows:
- Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are subject to a fee of 50% of the total open balance;
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or without notice are subject to a fee of 100% of the
total open balance.
If the client cancels this booking more than 30 days before arrival, ParisCosy will refund the client the
booking fee, less 60€ for administrative charges.
If the client cancels this booking less than 30 days before arrival, the booking fee is non-refundable by
ParisCosy, even in the case of force majeure.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, please email contact@pariscosy.com quoting your booking
reference number.
All cancellations or changes must be made via email or fax. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance with cancellation cover.
Arrival procedure
When you book an apartment, you receive the booking confirmation via email. Please print a copy of the email to bring with you; it has all the information that you need on arrival.
If you couldn’t provide your estimated time of arrival (ETA) when you booked, please let us know your ETA at least three days prior to your arrival date. This helps to ensure a prompt check in.
The total price of the reservation does not include fees for late arrival, a Sunday or holiday, these costs will be billed separately and USER must pay the owner. The contractual hours of entering an apartment is Monday to Saturday from 15h to 20h. Outside these times of up to 65 € fee will be charged seen.
During your stay
You are expected to treat your accommodation and all of its equipment with care. Any specific rules and regulations for the accommodation and its surroundings must be respected at all times.
If any damage is done to the accommodation or its equipment, you must inform the owner/contact immediately, so that repairs can be dealt with as soon as possible.
Behaviour
You are also expected to show consideration and respect towards your neighbours. As no accommodation is completely soundproof –everyone expects a level of noise from neighbours– please be considerate of noise, particularly in the evenings and at night.
The person signing the rental agreement (the client) with the owner is expected to ensure that his/her guests will behave in a suitable manner. Should that person or his/her guests not behave in a suitably responsible manner, the owner reserves the right to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
Use of accommodation
The accommodation shall be used for individuals and business travellers as an holiday rental, the Accommodation should never be used for commercial activities without prior written acceptance of the Owner. Therefore, the User declares that he/she is leasing the Accommodation for the purpose of spending his/her holidays, under no circumstances shall the Accommodation leased under the terms of the contract hereof be used on a habitual residential basis.
Cleaning
The accommodation is cleaned prior to your arrival. On your departure, you are required take out the garbage; the accommodation should be left in a reasonable condition. The owner is entitled to charge additional fees if the accommodation is not left as such.
Number of guests
Unless otherwise agreed by the owner, only the number of guests indicated by the client in the booking are authorised to use the accommodation. The number of persons who may use the accommodation must not exceed its allocated capacity. In the event of any infringement of these obligations, the owner is entitled to evict the client and his/her guests from the accommodation; thereby forfeiting the right to any compensation by the client.
Amendments
Before arrival: In the event that the owner cannot provide you, the client, with the apartment that was booked, ParisCosy.com will endeavour to find you a similar accommodation, subject to availability. If no agreement can be made regarding alternative accommodation, ParisCosy.com will refund the full prepayment for the booking. ParisCosy.com is not made liable for further claims by the client.
Liabilities
Neither ParisCosy.com nor the owner of the accommodation shall be made liable for any direct or indirect damages that may occur during the stay-period at the accommodation, including (but not exclusive to): injury to person or possession, losses because of fire, theft or criminal behaviour.
Litigation
In the event of any litigation concerning an accommodation booking with ParisCosy.com SRSI S.L, the Courts in Andorra have sole jurisdiction on such matters. Andorra law prevalent at the time will be applied.
Responsibility
ParisCosy.com provides an online booking service using accommodation owners. In this regard, ParisCosy.com is not responsible for potential delays, accidents, losses, change of schedule or rates, damages (neither for persons nor for objects), in its suppliers services. ParisCosy.com and its employees therein are therefore not responsible for: Errors and omissions; Misrepresentation by third parties; Personal damage or injury while staying in an accommodation booked through ParisCosy.com ; Disputes between the client and a third party; Content of external links on its website.
The service of ParisCosy.com is limited to displaying accommodations and communication thereof, regarding making a booking, until booking confirmation is sent by email. The responsibility of ParisCosy.com is limited to the amount paid for the booking service.
Furthermore, ParisCosy.com is not part of the rental agreement; Any complaints must be directed to the owner/contact during the stay.
Our website
All information and resources regarding an accommodation are supplied by the accommodation owner. Although SRSI does its very best to verify and update the information as seen on the web site www.pariscosy.com, SRSI can not be made liable for its content. SRSI reserves the right to update information published on the site at any time including (but not exclusive to): rates, descriptions and photographs. ParisCosy.com does not guarantee condition or suitability of any product or service as advertised on its website.
ParisCosy.com reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any time as required. It is the responsibility of parties using the ParisCosy.com service, to review these terms and conditions in case of change. By agreeing to use the ParisCosy.com service, it is inferred that any changes are accepted by all parties and that all parties comply with these changes.
These terms and conditions do not affect your consumer statutory rights.
