Depending on the flat, a telephone line and internet access will be provided (more details in the description of the flat). If this is the case, you will only pay the phone calls that are not included in the rent (for more details on the telephone calls which are included in the rent, please ask us when you book or the landlord, once you have booked). Line rental is included in the price (unless you rent for more than 30 days).
Electricity and gas subscriptions will already be running when you arrive. You do not need to take any steps, nor pay a subscription or cancellation fee at the end of your stay. You will have gas and electricity as soon as you move in. The subscription and consumption are included in the price (unless you rent for more than 30 days).
You will find a linen package which includes towels and bed linen in the flat. When you arrive, the bed will already have been made, just make yourself at home. If you are renting for over 10 days, you will be provided with a second linen package.
When you leave the flat, you do not need to clean. A cleaning service will do it, so you can enjoy your stay to the full. However, the bins must be taken out and the washing-up done, the flat must be in a good condition. Failing this, the landlord may ask you to pay an additional cleaning fee.
