How much do I need to pay to book my flat in Paris?
In order to confirm your booking, an advance payment of 20% to 50% of the rent depending on the flat is required. You can find percentage of the payment on each page describing the flat. The cost will be calculated automatically when you click on “calculate”. You can pay by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or with money transfer on our account. Do not forget that the rent must be fully paid on arrival.
Do the prices include tax?
Yes, for all our flat rentals prices include tax.
Do you provide bed linen?
The landlords always provide sheets and towels.
What are the conditions for cancellation?
-100% of the advance payment will be refunded if you cancel your booking more than 30 days before your arrival. (except the processing fee)
- 0% of the advance payment will be refunded if you cancel the booking less than 30 days before your arrival.
What is the deposit?
When you arrive at the flat, the landlord will ask you for a deposit to cover any damage or theft. The exact amount can be found on the page describing the flat, in the detailed price of your stay. This deposit must be paid on arrival; the type of payment depends on the landlord (in cash, travellers cheques, French debit card or paypal). When you leave, the landlord will return the deposit if the flat has not been damaged and nothing has been stolen.
What is the booking fee?
The amount depends on the flat; it covers the cost of the service provided by the agency for the booking and customer service.
How and when can I pick up the keys to my flat in Paris?
You can find the details of the person to contact on the confirmation document which you will receive after booking. We ask that you to contact this person as soon as possible (within 48 hours of receiving confirmation) to arrange a meeting for check-in. Usually you will be given the keys when arrive at the flat. The instructions for check-in can be found in the final confirmation of your rental, which you will receive after making the advance payment.
At what time can we arrive at our flat?
Usually, customers can arrive between 3pm and 8pm. A maximum fee of 50€ could be charged for any arrival after 8pm. Arrival on Sundays and local national holidays could also be subject to a maximum of 65€ fee. The exact amounts depends on the landlor, if you ask, we will be pleased to give you the exact rates for a specific apartment.
At what time must we leave the flat?
Normal checkout time: 10am at the latest. If you wish to checkout later, you must make arrangements directly with the landlord.
What is the minimum length of the rental?
The minimum number of nights depends on the flat you choose. This is why you can find this information in the description of the flat. However, it is possible to book in for a shorter stay, so long as you pay for the minimum number of nights.
